Hi everyone! The kitchen's construction is going great and we are on schedule to finish the project within the next few weeks. Today, our NGO partners, Mike and Dara, were able to meet with SCG officials today. Huge thanks to the people at SCG and CPAC Construction Solution as they were able to provide the project with a concrete donation!
Our NGO partners have also been keeping us up to date on the appliances that they are procuring for the kitchen. So far, we have found the refrigerator and hot water dispenser! Some other appliances and furnishings that we are hoping to select soon include the stove and the sink. After the contractor finishes painting and the electrical installation, we can move forward with the project and begin installing all of these items!
As mentioned in our previous blog, the students of the Bannonggo School have still not been able to return back for classes. We are hoping to meet them very soon, but until then, our team will continue to develop our virtual content. Big shoutout to our NGO partners as they have been working tirelessly to translate our community engagement videos into Thai for the students!
